BTS members na sina Kim Namjoon (RM), at Kim Taehyung (V), nakatakda umanong mag-enlist sa military sa December 11, habang sa December 12 naman sina Park Jimin at Jeon Jungkook, ayon sa exclusive coverage ng entertainment news outlet na Star News Korea.
“According to Star News exclusive coverage on the 29th, RM and V will enter a training center somewhere in the rear on December 11th. Jimin and Jungkook will then enter the same recruit training center together on December 12th, the next day,” saad ng Star News sa kanilang report.
“RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will serve as active-duty soldiers in the Army for 18 months after completing training and being deployed to their units,” dagdag pa nila sa kanilang report.
Kaugnay naman nito, “unconfirmed” umano ang naturang report, ayon sa BigHit Music.
Matatandaan na nauna nang naglabas ng statement ang BigHit Music nitong November 22, kaugnay sa enlistment plans ng mga nasabing BTS members.
“We would like to inform our fans that RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook have initiated the military enlistment process,” pahayag nito sa kanilang statement sa community app na Weverse.
“We ask you for your continued love and support for RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook until they complete their military service and safely return. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artists,” wika pa nito.
Samantala, matatandaan na nauna nang nag-enlist ang mga members na sina Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi (Suga) at Jung Hoseok (j-hope).
Inaasahan naman ang comeback ng naturang K-pop boy band sa 2025.
