Heart Evangelista breaks silence on glam team’s departure: ‘You cannot trust anybody’

-

It seems that celebrity socialite Heart Evangelista has finally addressed controversies surrounding her falling out with her former glam team.

Several months have already passed since news broke out about Heart’s glam team reportedly leaving her. However, up until now, she has not spoken about the complete details of what transpired.

Rumors circulated online that their exit was due to money matters, involving Heart’s stylists, Justin Soriano and Jeck Aguilar, allegedly using the actress-model’s credit card without her permission. This prompted Soriano to deny the allegations through an exchange with a netizen.

In her latest vlog, the topic was revisited, and for the first time, Heart and her former colleague Arnold Mendoza revealed some details.

Their tirade began when Heart shared a piece of advice about trust, saying, “You cannot trust anybody. Only yourself and just a chosen few especially if they want more.”

She added, “But if they want to do other clients, wala namang problema. Just tell me naman because ako bawal, kayo pwede? Bawal ako mag-react?”

Arnold expressed his disappointment, criticizing the members’ audacity to part ways through a written letter, rather than through a much more respectful way.

“Naging influencers kayo dahil kay Heart, mga bakla kayo, mag-reresign kayo.. Sulat? Kapal naman ng mukha nyo. Pwede nyo naman kausapin yung tao. May magagawa pa ba siya kung gusto niyo na siyang iwan? Pero sana namili kayo ng maayos na paraan,” Mendoza said.

“True,” replied Heart.

He also accused them of allegedly using confidential information shared by Heart against her.

“Minsan isang panahon natulungan naman kayo ni Heart,” Arnold stressed, advising that they should have shown more gratitude and appreciation, instead of turning against her.

Meanwhile, her husband, politician Chiz Escudero who was present during some parts of the vlog, pointed out Heart has learned valuable lessons from the experience, saying they were real-life situations.
