Andrea Brillantes revealed her admiration for model-turned-actress Angel Aquino who plays the role of her mother in Senior High.
During a mediacon for the new Dreamscape series, the young actress couldn’t hide her kilig as she expressed excitement over working together with Angel whom she called her girl crush.
“Sobrang saya ko po na ka-trabaho ko po si Ms. A. Medyo weird lang po kasi, actually crush ko po talaga si Miss A. Crush ko talaga siya. Pero, nanay ko siya rito. Tapos kailangan kong mainis sa kanya,” shared Andrea.
Andrea continued to gush over her co-star saying, “Mahirap po ’yun on my end. Pero, napakagaling po ni Miss A, na sobrang totoo siyang tao, na masarap siyang kakuwentuhan. And very supportive po si Miss A. Kalog din po siya at nasasakyan din niya ang kabaliwan ko sa taping,” she added.
“Ang ganda-ganda niya. Hala, eto na naman ako…Of course, it’s an honor po talaga na makaeksena ang isang Miss Angel Aquino,” said Andrea.
Angel, just the same, has words of praises for Andrea, admitting she got intimidated by the young actress.
“Napapanood ko na ang mga materials niya, noon pa, bata pa lang siya. I’ve seen her works. I know how good she is.
“I was hoping na sana umpisa pa lang mag-jell na kami agad. And thankfully, I was so relieved, kasi ang sarap niyang kaeksena!,” said Angel.
“So bagay tayo Ms. A? Andrea chipped in in jest.
“Nako, wag kang ganyan,” Angel replied laughing.
Senior High, which also premiered on August 28, also stars Xyriel Manabat, Kyle Echarri, Elijah Canlas, Juan Karlos, and Zaijian Jaranilla.
