James Reid and girlfriend Issa Pressman spoke up on the actor’s “matchy matchy” outfits with his ex girlfriend Nadine Lustre at a fashion event.
James and Nadine, who were among Gucci’s local ambassadors along Liza Soberano and Anne Curtis, recently reunited at the Italian luxury brand’s flagship store in Greenbelt 4.
The former reel and real couple popularly known as JaDine, shared a cheek-to-cheek kiss or beso-beso, much to the delights of their fans.
Adding to the excitement of JaDine fans was James and Nadine’s accidental twinning gray OOTDS for the said event which went viral online.

In an interview with Pep and ABS-CBN’s MJ Felipe, James revealed it was actually Issa who took notice of his “twinning” looks with Nadine.
“Yes I saw that!,” James said, with Issa laughing along with him. “We saw that.”
“She was like, ‘Oh my god, your outfits are matching’,” James quoted Issa as saying.
The actor-singer then made clear that it was Gucci’s international team who chose the clothes for their ambassadors.
“lt just turns out that, you know, the outfits matched and we looked great,” said James.
“But yeah, I just had a lot of fun at the Gucci event I had a lot of fun with Issa, with Liza, and the rest of the Careless team…and it was great to see her [Nadine], and yeah, it was a great night,” he added.
James added he only realized the twinning moment after seing the offical photos from the event, as well as edited photos of him and Nadine together.
“When I saw the pictures… it’s funny, it’s funny.
“The photoshop was so good I was like, ‘Did I take a photo with her like that?’,” said James.
Issa, on the other hand, had this to say about her beau’s accidental twinning with Nadine.
“Wala lang… yeah, I mean, clothes are clothes, right? They’re both, like, Gucci ambassadors and they both repped it well,” she said.
James and Nadine announced their split in 2020, after three years of being together.
The actress is currently in a relationship with French beau, Christophe Bariou.
