Youtube vlogger Zeinab Harake sparked speculations of romance with professional basketball player Bobby Ray Parks Jr. after photos of them being spotted together circulated online.
Social media personality and self-proclaimed “Pambansang Marites” Xian Gaza later claimed in a Facebook post that Zeinab is being courted by the Filipino-American cager.
Xian also came to the defense of the Youtuber against speculations about her relationship with Bobby and asked to respect their privacy.
“Gusto ko lang po linawin sa buong sambayanang marites na ang bestfriend ko na si Zeinab Harake ay hindi isang kabit,” wrote Xian alongside photos of his Japan trip last April where he met with Zeinab.
“Nanliligaw po sa kanya ang professional basketball player na si Bobby Ray Parks Jr. na single at walang asawa,” Xian added, also posting snaps of Zeinab and Bobby together.
Bobby later shared a video of him with Zeinab on Instagram, confirming that he’s courting the vlogger.
“New line of work,” Bobby wrote as caption in the video of him fixing Zeinab’s hair where he was also heard telling the latter, “Buti na lang ako ‘yung nangliligaw no?”
Zeinab, meanwhile, left heart emojis in the comments section.
She also shared a photo of Bobby in the basketball court via an Instagram story.
Bobby previously dated former GirlTrends member Maika Rivera.
Zeinab was last in a relationship with Skusta Clee whom he shares a daughter with. The two called it quits early in 2022, with Zeinab revealing that the rapper-singer cheated on her.
