Anne Marie is looking forward to a collaboration with “Asia’s Phoenix” Morrissette Amon.
The British Pop singer who recently performed at the New Frontier Theater for her “Dysfunctional Tour” in Manila, revealed this during an interview for TV Patrol.
“I actually have been wanting to meet Morrissette, but I haven’t,” said Anne Marie, sharing that she’s been seeing performances of the Pinay songstress online.
It can be recalled that Morrissette previously impressed Anne Marie with her vocal skills when she did a cover of the latter’s hit song “2002”.
“Her voice is so good. I love her tone. Just so lovely. I could listen to her forever. So yeah, she’s better than me,” Anne Marie said in a Warner Music Philippines’ video of her reacting to local covers of her song.
Morrissette recently graced music producer Jonathan Manalo’s concert for his 20th anniversary in the music industry, performing a showdown of “Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw” with Sheryn Regis.
