This father from San Fernando, Pampanga took care of their children while his wife was working abroad.
One day, the family decided to eat out. While waiting for the food to arrive, Kuya Ken handed over a car key to his father.
“Oh! Sa inyo nga po ‘yan. Tingnan mo,” Kuya Ken can be heard in the video.
“Totoo nga?” Daddy Reggie, who couldn’t believe his children’s gift, said.
“Hindi po nila alam na magkakaroon na sila ng sasakyan, dahil hindi na po bago sa kanila na kumain kami sa labas. Pinadeliver po namin ‘yung sasakyan at pinarada malapit sa sasakyan ni Kuya. Nung nilabas po ang susi. Hindi po makapaniwala si father. Tulala at hindi makapagsalita. Hanggang sa pinindot po nila ang lock ng key para po umilaw ang sasakyan. Tumulo na po ang luha nila at nilapitan ‘yung sasakyan,” daughter and uploader Katherine Gozun told the Philippine STAR.
Katherine said that Mommy Janet knew about the gift, but she was also surprised because the car came earlier than expected.
Katherine Gozun said that it was her Kuya Ken’s idea to give their father a brand-new car. It was their way of giving back to their parents.
“Si Daddy at Mommy, sila po ang magulang na kailanman hindi nanghingi ng kahit ano kapalit sa lahat ng sacrifices po nila sa amin. Si Mommy ko po ay OFW ng 14 years at si Daddy po ang tumayong Nanay at Tatay sa amin habang nasa abroad po si Mommy,” she added.
Katherine said that Daddy Regie helped them in building and establishing their restaurant business.
“Bilang kapalit sa lahat ng sacrifices nila, minabuti po namin bigyan sila ng brand new car. Dahil ‘yung unang pundar po na sasakyan nila ay nagamit po namin katuwang sa business nung nag-uumpisa pa lang po kami,” she shared.
The uploaded video has already garnered more than 2.8M views on social media, as of writing.

Katherine and her brother vowed to do everything they can to give their parents a comfortable life.
“Daddy, Mommy. Alam ko po hindi pa tapos ang laban natin at hindi pa po natatapos ang mga pagsubok. Lahat po gagawin namin para sa inyo. Mahal na mahal po namin kayo. At sa kapatid ko po, kay Kuya Ken, salamat sa pagmamahal sa magulang nati,” Katherine said when asked about her message to her family.
