Pokwang took to social media to share her thoughts about the recently concluded 2022 national elections, with a shoutout to her relatives and friends who are BBM supporters.
The comedienne-actress who’s a Kakampink, or supporter of Vice President Leni Robredo, said that she has already started accepting the results of the election which saw Robredo’s rival Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. or BBM emerge as the presidential frontrunner.
“Ok tapos na eleksyon tanggap tanggap narin ganon talaga,” wrote Pokwang in a tweet on May 13, while adding a reminder for her relatives and friends who voted for BBM and have yet to return the money they owe the comedienne.
“Sana yung mga (BBM)na kamag anak at friends na nangutang sakin bayad bayad narin ha ok? Tapos na mga pinaglalaban natin pare parehong nagsalita ng di maganda sa mga kandidato natin kaya wag magmalinis ha,” said Pokwang.
Pokwang is one of the many celebrities who went all out in supporting the presidential bid of Robredo, including participating in rallies and house-to-house campaigns.
In a recent post, Pokwang penned a “thank you” message to Robredo for letting her be part of her presidential bid journey and expressed how she did not regret rallying behind the public official.
Pokwang also called on her fellow Kakampinks to support Robredo’s anti-poverty program Angat Buhay.
