Chie Filomeno and Zeu Collins have debunked claims that they are involved in an alleged video scandal circulating online.
On her social media account, Chie lambasted those spreading false information and insinuating that she’s involved in the said video.
“Ano source mo? FB sure ball. Pag sure uy kung totoo mga pinag ppost niyo sa FB, kung mag uungkat kayo siguraduhin niyo totoo, wag paulit ulit at wag kayo mangdamay ng ibang tao. ISSUE YARN?,” said Chie.
In an Instagram post showing a bikini pic of hers, Chie quashed the rumors, writing in the caption,”hates fake news”.
Zeus, on the other hand, addressed the”recurring” issue in an Instagram post, calling it “fake news”.
“FAKE NEWS‼️ Grabe tagal na nitong chismis na to. Baka naman si Zeus Maryosep yang napanood nyo 😂,” said Zeus in an Instagram post on Friday.
Zeus also warned netizens to refrain from spreading false rumors and meddling in other people’s lives.
“Ingat ingat lang kayo baka ma hack yang account nyo dahil dyan, at RESPETO na lang ng konti 🤏🏼 dami nadadamay.
“Masaya ako ngayon at wag nyo ng guluhin pa 😂MAHAL KITA @mykapaulinee ❤️😘,” added Zeus, tagging his non-showbiz girlfriend.
Chie and Zeus formerly worked together in ABS-CBNs It’s Showtime as members of the groups GirlTrends and Hashtags, respectively.
