Film director Quark Henares debunked a social media post claiming that his mom Vicki Belo is supporting presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos and his running mate Sara Duterte.
On Twitter, Quark retweeted a post showing a screenshot of the supposed list of celebrities who are supporting the BBM-Sara tandem in the upcoming national elections.
“Paki tag po ng mga artista na kilala nyo na nasa listahan para they can confirm na totoo ito. Haha. Baka mamaya may hindi pala dapat kasali jan,” read the netizen’s tweet.
Quark, who is Vicki’s son with ex-husband Atom Henares, disproved his mom’s inclusion, calling it fake news.
“PUCHA NAREFUTE KO NA ‘TO HA. FAKE NEWS. Honestly probably half the people on this list are not BBM. This is a pretty sad reaction to the overwhelming artista support of @lenirobredo,” said Quark.
Vicki’s husband Hayden Kho was also included in the list, alongside Chito Miranda who recently endorsed his uncle, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, for vice president.
Quark later shared a photo of his little sister Scarlet Snow Belo showing off the Leni Robredo baller on her arm.
“Ok na ba to?!”, Quark tweeted alongside the hashtag #LeniKiko2022.
The film director also recently shared snaps from presidential bet Leni Robredo’s birthday rally in Pasay City on Instagram.
