Gretchen Barretto was forced to create a new Instagram account after her first one became suddenly unavailable from the photo-sharing platform.
A few days ago, Gretchen’s daughter Dominique Cojuangco took to her Instagram story to seek help online for the recovery of her mom’s Instagram account.
“Does anyone work for @meta / @Instagram who can help me with my mum’s Instagram account? It disappeared. Pls DM me,” wrote Dominique.
Clueless over the reason behind the deactivation of her verified Instagram account with 1.7 million followers, Gretchen launched a new one with the handle @gretchen_barretto.
Her new Instagram account currently holds more than 18,000 followers with 10 posts.
“This is my new IG account, as you all know my other account has been deactivated, I don’t know why,” announced Gretchen to her followers in a video uploaded on Wednesday.
