Super Tekla has asked for prayers from the public after his son, Baby Angelo, contracted COVID-19.
The comedian-host took to social media on Thursday evening to share that his son has been ill with the coronavirus and confined at the Quezon City General Hospital.
“Kahit anung ingat. Need your prayers for Angelo confined, QCGH, COVID. Ama di ko alam ang gagawin kayo nang bahala kay Angge,” wrote Tekla in a Facebook post.
Fans and followers of Tekla were quick to wish his one-year-old son’s immediate healing and recovery in the comments section.
Baby Angelo, who was born in June 2020 had to undergo an operation last year due to anorectal malformation, a birth defect where the baby’s anus and rectum don’t develop properly.
