K Brosas has this to say after getting asked by a netizen to thank President Duterte for getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
The comedienne-actress recently took to Instagram to share a photo of herself receiving her first jab of the Sinovac vaccine.
But a netizen caught K’s attention after commenting, “Wala bang salamat Duterte dyan?” under her post.
K, who’s been vocal about her criticism against the current administration, responded that she has no one to thank but herself as a taxpayer.
“Salamat at nagbabayad ako ng tax ko so thanks to myself hehe,” said K.
She added, “Wish ko sana all may vaccine na, bow. kung wala pa kayo mag tanong sa dapat tanungin kc libre ito (dapat lang) ☺.”
About 1.5 million additional doses of Chinese-made Sinovac vaccines arrived in the country on Thursday, STAR reported.
The report added that Philippines has vaccinated 4.86 percent of the population, according to a record by global think tank Our World in Data.
