Bela Padilla and JC Santos have worked on three romance films together — 100 Tula Para Kay Stella, The Day After Valentines, and their upcoming film On Vodka, Beer and Regrets. During the press conference for their reunion film, the actor admitted he once had feelings for his onscreen partner.
“Ang pinaka importante po sa akin yung working relationship namin ni Bela. At sa lahat ng pelikulang nagawa namin, ayokong magbago yung nararamdaman namin sa isa’t isa tuwing magka trabaho kami, tuwing magkasama kami,” JC said in a report from Pilipino Star Ngayon.
Bela revealed this is the first time she’s heard of JC’s admission. “Sinarili po niya, ngayon ko lang nalaman. Feeling ko salisi kami ni JC, baka mali kami ng tiyempo sa isa’t isa and mas madali na magka trabaho lang kami,” the actress said.
During the same press conference, JC revealed he is already a married man and a soon-to-be dad. His non-showbiz wife is his high school schoolmate, Shyleena (READ: JC Santos expecting first baby with non-showbiz wife.)
On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets will be released in cinemas on February 5.
