She disclosed her fitness goal for this year was to get “stronger and bigger legs and bigger ass.”
Her advice to her fans was to make consistency the key to getting in shape.
“You must stick to your workout routine even if you really don’t feel like it. GIVE TIME to it! And, don’t be disappointed for not getting the results you want super fast. I swear you’ll get there,” she wrote.
Kris also reminded that getting fit is 80% food and 20% exercise so it’s best to watch food intake.
“Another piece of advice, yes, you don’t need to spend on a trainer! There are so many workout videos in the internet! Look for what will fit for you,” she said.
