Super Tekla was more than happy to share online the fruits of his labor — owning a brand-new house.
In a 20-minute vlog, Super Tekla along with fellow comedian Donita Nose did an empty house tour of a two-storey home.
“One day, alam ko lahat tayo ay magre-retire, lahat tayo ay mamamahinga sa ginagalawan natin. At least meron tayong tahanan na uuwian,” said Tekla.
According to the Kapuso comedian-host, who used to rent a condo as seen in his previous vlogs, perseverance, hard work and some words of encouragement from his good friend Donita Nose helped him make his dream come true.
“Di ko inakalang magkakaroon ako ng ganito. Sabi ko, kung darating darating. Tiwala lang po talaga tayo sa Diyos at samahan ng sipag, tiyaga at disiplina,” related Tekla.
Tekla and Donita, also known to fans as the funny duo Donekla, happen to be neighbors since they are just a few houses away from each other. Donita also gave a tour of new home early last month.
“Ang importante magkasama parin tayo hanggang dito sa lugar na ‘to. Hindi tayo naghihiwalay talaga,” said Donita.
“Hindi imposibleng magkakaroon kayo ng ganito. Wala pong impossible. Mangarap ka, magsikap ka. You own it,” Tekla told their viewers.
