In a post-celebration of her 36th birthday, Filipina actress Kim Chiu was spotted giving away free gasoline, groceries, and food to motorists and locals in Shell station in Timog Avenue, Quezon City on April 21, 2026.
The actress did not post anything about her act of service, but reports from netizens flooded social media after seeing her handing out aid to help jeepney and tricycle drivers affected by rising gas prices.
Kim also arrived with food from her endorsed fast-food chain, Chowking.
The actress-TV host could also be seen happily taking selfies with tricycle drivers while she distributed grocery packs.
It can be seen from the photos that Kim was hands-on and that she herself was helping provide food and groceries to people.
A netizen captioned, “Nagpakita ng malasakit ang aktres na si Kim Chiu matapos siyang magsagawa ng isang charity activity para sa mga tricycle at jeepney driver.”
Many admired the birthday celebration of the one and only Chinita Princess, Kim Chiu, because instead of having a fancy party, she made a gesture that immediately stood out because it paired a milestone birthday with an act of public generosity.
It has been a tradition for the actress to always give back to community every year of her birthday.
Last 2025, Chiu also received praise from netizens when she was spotted buying construction materials to help build homes destroyed by the earthquake that hit Cebu, her home province.
Kim turned her 36 years-old last April 19, 2026.
