After months of dating rumors and denials, Ricci Rivero makes his relationship official with Leren Bautista on Instagram.
The basketball player has come forward on Saturday to defend Leren from the cheating allegations and pen her an appreciation post.
“To the girl who I see as a real QUEEN [ crown emoji] With all the wrongs hounding me, I’m blessed to have found the right one. Allow me to shield you from things you don’t deserve,” Ricci began his post.
“Hindi tayo magtatago dahil walang dapat ikahiya. Walang nang agaw at walang inagaw. Walang bibitaw dahil masaya tayong magka hawak kamay,” he furthered in the caption, alongside a photo of Leren, and snap of their intertwined hands.
The cager went on to talk about the things he live about Leren “despite others trying to ruin your reputation”.
“I promise to never again live a life manipulated by someone’s fantasy. This is our story, hindi dapat iba ang mag kwento ng storya nating dalawa!,” stressed Ricci.
Ricci’s confirmation of their relationship comes days after they were spotted watching a UAAP game together— the latest of several sightings of them in the past months.
Leren and Ricci faced cheating allegations amid the latter’s breakup with ex-girlfriend Andrea Brillantes.
The two initially denied the dating speculations, but we’re eventually spotted on several sightings together.
