It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro just got married to his longtime girlfriend Tanya Winona Bautista.
Vhong and Tanya, a creative writer for ABS-CBN, were together for 11 years prior to tying the knot at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kyoto, Japan Thursday afternoon.
Vhong’s It’s Showtime family who attended the intimate wedding ceremony shared clips from the event on Instagram.
In a video posted by Kuya Kim Atienza, Tanya was seen being walked to the altar by some family members when Vhong cupped his bride’s face and jokingly wanted to kiss her already at the start of the ceremony.
The act of the comedian Vhong drew laughter from the crowd, while Kuya Kim can be heard saying “Mamaya pa yun eh.”
Vhong on Wednesday shared photos of their prenup taken in Vietnam, specifically at the Golden Hand Bridge in Da Nang and the Fairy River in Mui Ne. The actor-comedian’s posts were filled with congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities.

On one of the photos with his wife-to-be, Vhong captioned: “Mag kamukha daw tayo sabi ng iba, ikaw daw ang babaeng version ko sabi ng iba. Saan pa ba yun papunta? Iba ka!”
In a separate Instagram post, Tanya gave a little idea of how their love story started: “I never liked him, I didn’t find him funny. “Jim Carrey wannabe” . That slowly changed in my eyes. He became perfect.”
Meanwhile, a well-groomed John Lloyd Cruz was also spotted attending the special day of his close friend and former co-member of Kanto Boys, in a video uploaded by Ryan Bang.
Other celebrity guests include Angel Locsin and fiance Neil Arce, doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho with their daughter Scarlet Snow, Jason Abalos and girlfriend Vickie Rushton.
