Another celebrity breakup?
Speculations about Cristine Reyes and Marco Gumabao’s relationship arose after the two seemingly unfollowed each other on Instagram.
This comes after fans noticed that the two are no longer on each others’ following list as of Thursday, April 25.
Cristine and Marco are the latest to unfollow each other on Instagram, following Sofia Andres and Daniel Miranda, whose social media activity also fueled split rumors.
Fans are left clueless on the couple’s relationship status as neither Cristine nor Marco shared any recent updates about them on their socials.
Just last week, Cristine lost her adoptive father, Demetrio Pascual.
This isn’t the first time Cristine has unfollowed Marco. In August 2024, similar breakup rumors surfaced when she deactivated her Instagram account on August 14—Marco’s 30th birthday—which they seemingly didn’t spend together.
The day after, Cristine’s sister Ara shared in an interview with PEP.ph that Cristine was simply taking a break from social media, adding that Cristine was focused on her 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival film “The Kingdom.
Ara further explained that the two were just doinf fine and preoccupied with busy work schedules.
Cristine later posted her birthday greeting for Marco August 16, sharing a photo of them hugging.
