Janine Gutierrez responded to allegations that her photos from a calendar were photoshopped.
The “Lavender Fields” star was launched as the calendar girl of a liquor brand early December and photos of her sexy photos on Instagram.
A netizen, however, took to the comments section to accuse Janine of the alleged heavy editing on the layouts of the actress’ photos.
The netizen pointed out that Janine appears to be slimmer in the photos than when she was officially launched as the calendar girl.
“Grabe pagkaka edit ah Napakanipis nya sa mga photo nya Pro nung launching ang taba niya po.Grabe ang photoshop,” said the netizen, tagging the liquor brand.
Janine did not let the remarks slide and explained the reason behind her supposed weight gain.
“I can see how this can be confusing,” said Janine, stressing that the calendar photos were shot in two months before the official launch.
“We shot the calendar in October and the launch was in December [.] In those two months, I went to Japan for the film festival, attended thanksgiving parties for our show, and really took a break from strict diet and workout,” stated Janine.
On the other hand, Janine’s boyfriend and “Lavender Fields” co-star Jericho Rosales has been full supportive of the actress.
