The pageant queen took to social media to share how she feels kilig whenever her fans engage with her old tweet from way back in 2015.
“Midnight thoughts… I still get kilig when you guys engage with my ‘Ako bahala. Babawi tayo sa MIss Universe’ tweet from 2015. Thank you for believing in me,” she wrote.
Under her tweet, one fan shared a compilation video of those who criticized her for her bold tweet.
“And thank you for believing in yourself and in the Filipino people, Queen,” a fan responded.
In the same year that Pia posted her tweet claiming the Miss Universe crown, she earned the country’s third victory in the international pageant.
