Herlene Budol, more popularly known as Hipon Girl, cannot help but cry tears of joy after buying her first-ever car.
The comedienne shared her latest achievement in a YouTube vlog documenting her newest purchase using her hard-earned money.
Herlene got emotional and speechless as she claimed the vehicle which she called a “dream come true”.
“Sa tagal ng pinaghirapan ni Hipon, ngayon pa lang siya magkakaroon ng first own car niya, kaya naiiyak siya,” said vlogger-entrepreneur Wilbert Tolentino who’s also Herlene’s manager, in the video.

Back in an interview with Toni Gonzaga last July 2021, Herlene opened up about suffering from financial loss amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Umiiyak ako araw-araw. Dumating ako sa puntong parang ayoko na, ayoko ng magpakita sa pamilya ko kasi nahihiya ako. Back to zero kami,” she shared.
Herlene first gained popularity as a contestant on Wowowin hosted by Willie Revillame and eventually became one of the variety game’s hosts.
In February 2022, Herlene signed a contract with Wilbert’s management agency. She is set to appear in the Glaiza De Castro-Xian Lim starrer TV series False Positive.
