Morissette Amon is officially married to longtime boyfriend Dave Lamar.
The couple marked the major relationship milestone with a music video, prenup video, and a wedding video all in one YouTube vlog on Friday.
The 15-minute wedding film featured four new songs “that express our love story of now 11 years”, which Morisette and Dave wrote, produced, and performed themselves.
The couple got to work on the “special side-project” under their collaborative artist “From The Sea” last year.
“Some guessed it, ‘From The Sea’ in other languages is ‘La Mar’ so in other words, these tracks are ‘from the Lamars’,” expounded Morissette.
In an Instagram post announcing her marriage, Morissette expressed how happy she was to finally reveal the secret they’ve been keeping for the past several months.
“What a ride it’s been,” said Moriseette as she penned Dave a heartwarming message about journeying through married life together.
“To the stars and the Moon, Ithe Moon, I love you my Husband! thank you for being my True North through it all, holding my hand as we journey through this life together. And I can’t wait to keeping going Up and Away and experience it all with you! ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Morisette.
Dave, as well, shared a photo of them together as he penned her sweet message.
“The journey has been incredible. I am so overwhelmed and blessed that God lead me to my true north, my best friend, and now my wife! I love you, @itsmorissette. So excited to spend the rest of our lives together!,” wrote Dave.
