After receiving his second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, Chito Miranda urged the public to get vaccinated when it’s their turn already.
In a social media post, the Parokya ni Edgar frontman commended the local government unit (LGU) of Alfonso, Cavite for their “super efficient and hassle-free” rollout.
He then denied netizens’ claims that he had special treatment for being a musician.
“Sa mga nag-aalinlangan, wag sana kayong matakot magpabakuna. Wag kang umasa sa Facebook when it comes to getting proper information re the available vaccines sa lugar ninyo,” he advised.
The 45-year-old also encouraged his followers to consult their doctors to ease their minds about taking the vaccine.
“Eto na yung matagal nating hinihintay upang makabalik tayo sa lumang pamamaraan ng ating pamumuhay,” he ended.
Chito is just one of the many celebrities who have already received a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
