Iza Calzado is celebrating life after surviving battle against the coronavirus disease.
The 37-year-old actress on Monday looked back and shared a photo of her hospital confinement when she contracted COVID-19 a month ago.
“This was me exactly a month ago. Every breath is a blessing. ??,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
“The Lord has powerful ways, indeed! Grateful for my life today and always. Even more grateful for his instruments of life – our positive spirit and resilience, especially in our frontliners,” she said.
Earlier in April, Iza expressed her willingness to donate blood plasma to help treat and improve the condition of those who are severely ill with the disease.
