Baeby Baste’s police officer father has returned to work after recovering from COVID-19.
The Eat Bulaga child host’s Papa Sol is one of the Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel who got sick with the coronavirus.
Baeby Baste expressed gratitude for his dad’s recovery in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“Back to work na po si Papa Sol?? thank You Lord God?????? thank you po sa prayers nyo dabarkads??????. My papa is a FRONTLINER❤️?? we miss you labyu pa❤️,” he wrote.
Baeby Baste also wished for the recovery of other COVID-19 infected patients.
“Sana po gumaling na din po mga kasamahan nya sa Isolation Bldg. ng Camp Crame at sa lahat po ng mga lumalaban sa virus, naway papagalingin na po kayo ni Lord??❤️?,” he added.
The young host and his family have been extending help and donating relief goods to PNP frontliners.
PNP has recorded 74 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 12 personnel recoveries, and 3 deaths as of April 21.
