Actor Zanjoe Marudo has revealed that his wife, actress Ria Atayde, is pregnant with their second child.
The celebrity dad made the announcement during the special screening of his Puregold CinePanalo 2026 entry, “Apol of My Ai”, over the weekend.
According to Zanjoe, he considers the arrival of their second child another blessing for their family.
“Buntis si Ria, buntis siya, hindi lang namin ina-announce,” the actor shared.
When asked how far along Ria is in her pregnancy, Zanjoe said he would reveal the details once he is certain.
“Ilang months? Bilangin ko, pag sure na ako sasabihin ko,” he said.
Zanjoe also expressed his excitement about welcoming another baby, saying he would be happy regardless of the child’s gender.
“Oo naman, masaya kasi blessing yun,” he said. “Sa akin, kahit ano babae man o lalake, basta ako masaya ako na magkaka-baby kami ulit.”
Zanjoe and Ria welcomed their first child, Marcel Sabino, in September 2024.
The couple recently celebrated their son’s second birthday, with Zanjoe giving fans a glimpse of Marcel through a photo shared on social media.
