Lian Paz gave followers a glimpse of what she called “next level co-parenting” as she and her husband, Cebuano businessman John Cabahug, spent time with her ex-husband, actor Paolo Contis, in Cebu.
In an Instagram Story, Lian shared a photo of Paolo and John smiling side by side next to a shopping cart filled with groceries, adding the caption, “next level co-parenting.”
In another Story, Lian filmed herself walking toward the two as they chatted. She jokingly interrupted their conversation, quipping, “Parang wala naman kayong tulong.”
The lighthearted moment comes after Lian and Paolo surprised fans with their reconciliation following the actor’s heartfelt message of gratitude to his former wife and John.
In August 2025, Paolo publicly thanked Lian for allowing him to spend time with their daughters, Xalene and Xonia, and praised her for being “kind and forgiving” and for raising their children to have “beautiful hearts.”
Paolo also expressed his gratitude to John for taking care of the kids and promised to maintain “constant communication” with Lian and her family. John, for his part, said he believed Paolo was a “good man” and that he would treasure their friendship.
Lian and Paolo, who married in 2009 and separated in 2012, have since moved forward with their respective lives. Lian married John in a civil ceremony in Mandaue, Cebu, in September 2025, and the couple is now based in Cebu.
Their latest family moment shows the former couple and John continuing to navigate co-parenting in a seemingly warm and amicable way.
