JMFyang to star in first-ever micro series ‘Will You Fake Marry Me?’

Wedding bells are ringing for JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith as they are set to make their way into faking a marriage in “Will You Fake Marry Me?”, the newest micro series from iWant.

The local streaming platform officially announced the upcoming romantic series on its social media pages, unveiling photos of the cast alongside director Jojo Saguin, who is known for helming popular titles such as “On The Wings of Love,” “Linlang” and “The Alibi.”

“First comes the marriage. Then comes…love? I do na agad sa feels!”, iWant wrote in its caption on X, teasing fans with an exclusive first look at the first-ever micro series together starring JM and Fyang, popularly known as JMFyang.

Joining Ibarra and Smith in the cast are Karina Bautista, Miguel Vergara, Alyssa Muhlach, and veteran actress Matet de Leon.

While iWant has yet to reveal the show’s full plot details and official premiere date, the streaming platform confirmed that the series will be available soon for viewers.

The announcement comes on the heels of the pair’s successful solo movie “Almost Us”. The pair first starred together in the 2025 digital series “Ghosting”, which also streamed on iWant.
