SB19 to make historic debut as first P-pop act to join Lollapalooza 2026 line-up

P-pop kings SB19 are set to break new ground after being announced as part of the lineup for Lollapalooza 2026, making them the first P-pop act to perform at one of the U.S.’s most popular music events.

“Surprise A’TIN! We’re so thrilled to announce that we’ll be performing on the Lollapalooza stage this 2026!” the group expressed excitement over their upcoming international milestone on X.

Fellow P-pop powerhouse BINI, who recently made history as the first P-pop act to perform at Coachella this April, congratulated SB19 on their achievement.

“A win for SB19, a win for OPM! Huge congrats on your Lollapalooza journey! From PH to the world… mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!” BINI wrote.

SB19 responded with gratitude, saying, “Maraming salamat! All the best din sa Coachella n’yo this April! Mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino, lagi lagi!”

The five-member group is set to share the Lollapalooza stage in Chicago, U.S., with a star-studded roster of global artists, including Charli XCX, Tate McRae, Lorde, Olivia Dean, John Summit, Jennie Kim, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The xx, who are among the headliners of the festival.

Also joining the lineup are international performers such as Beabadoobee, aespa, The Chainsmokers, 5 Seconds of Summer, Zara Larsson, Leon Thomas, Ethel Cain, Suki Waterhouse, Major Lazer, YOASOBI, Jade, Wolf Alice, Trixie Mattel, and Finn Wolfhard.

Lollapalooza 2026 is scheduled to take place in Chicago, U.S., from July 30 to August 2, 2026.
