Is it really over for LouVia?
Filipino-American pop star Olivia Rodrigo and English actor Louis Partridge have reportedly ended their relationship after nearly two years together, according to a report by British news outlet The Sun.
Citing a source close to the pair, the outlet claimed the couple mutually decided to take time apart following what was described as a difficult period in their relationship.
“It’s not been the easiest few weeks for them and they decided it’s better to be apart for now,” read the source’s claim, as quoted by The Sun.
Rodrigo was also said to have been visibly emotional while attending a recent party hosted by English singer-songwriter Lily Allen in London. According to the report, friends have been offering the singer support as she copes with the alleged breakup.
“Olivia was at Lily’s party and emotional when she was talking about it. Her friends have rallied around her, but it’s just been pretty rough. It’s really sad right now,” the source added.
Rodrigo, known for hit songs such as “Drivers License”, “deja vu”, “traitor”, and “vampire”, first sparked romance rumors with Partridge in October 2023, after being spotted together on multiple occasions.
As of writing, neither Olivia nor Louis has publicly commented on the reported split.
