Ellen Adarna made explosive claims on social media, revealing what she described as “evidence” that her husband, Derek Ramsay, allegedly cheated on her with another woman while they were in a relationship.
On Monday, Adarna took to Instagram Stories to expose the alleged affair, posting a series of screenshots and videos detailing Ramsay’s interactions with another woman.
“The audacity. Wow. The Audacity era. Wow. Sad boi era. Wow. Victim. Wow. Sympathy fishing. #manchild,” her first post read, followed by screenshots of Derek’s conversations with an unnamed woman and a video of Ellen explaining her side.
“Nanahimik ka nalang sana. Because I’ve got receipts. This is just the beginning,” the actress added at the end of the screenshots.
In her accompanying video, Adarna said the alleged cheating took place just days after they became a couple several years ago.
“Yeah so ‘di ba that was nine days [or] ten days into the relationship. Yes, we were not married at that time yet but if he was able to do that in our honeymoon stage, how much more three months, six months, a year? God knows, right?” shared Ellen.
“Usually dai ‘yung babaero if they find someone and nasa honeymoon stage, makakalimutan nila yung side chicks nila and they will return to their old ways maybe in a month but this is nine days,” she added.
In her reaction upon the discovery, Ellen said she was “amazed” by what she learned happened in the early days of their romance.
Furthermore, when a follower asked why she still chose to marry Ramsay despite the alleged cheating happening early on, the actress clarified she only discovered the issue recently through someone who came forward.
“Duh. Nakita mo ba yun post? I said I found out about it three weeks ago like this month only. Okay? May nagsumbong sa akin so there,” she countered.
Ellen also noted she would not identify the woman upon the advice of her legal team despite having an idea who the alleged third party is. She clarified, however, that the person was not one of Ramsay’s former girlfriends but someone who had long been in his life.
“As much as I’d want to reveal who this girl is, I cannot. My lawyers advised me not to–– I can get into trouble. To clarify, she is not an ex-girlfriend. She’s, I think, a side chick. So not an ex-girlfriend–– kawawa naman ‘yung mga ex-girlfriends niya. Walang kinalaman. But yeah, I know this girl has always been there. They’ve been friends for decades and she’s always been there,” she explained.
Ellen’s claims comes just a month after she removed her married name from her Instagram handle amid speculations about her split with Derek.
As of writing, Derek has yet to publicly respond to the allegations.
