Alexa Miro has confirmed that she was in a five-year relationship with Ilocos Norte First District Representative and presidential son Sandro Marcos.
The actress admitted their past romance in an interview with PEP.ph on the sidelines of Sing Galing Celebrity Edition’s recent mediacon.
According to Alexa, they had kept their relationship private for safety reasons since Sandro belongs to the First Family. The two have been romantically linked but would deny it, saying they are only close friends.
“”I believe it’s always right to always look at the bigger picture. Baka there’s a grand scheme of things na di natin nari-realize na better for everyone,” she was quoted as saying.
Her revelation came just days after she spoke about her heartbreak on TikTok Live, where she hinted at a third party.
Alexa confirmed she was referring to actress Franki Russell, whom she once tried to confront. She later blocked Franki on social media for her own peace of mind.
Despite the breakup, Alexa said she still wishes Sandro well and remains open to the possibility of reconciliation.
Alexa also stressed that she was not speaking out for publicity but simply expressing her emotions.
“Nasaktan kasi talaga ako sa mga huling kaganapan kaya siguro naramdaman ko na baka panahon na para magsabi ng totoo,” she explained.
