Sparkle artist Mad Ramos has been crowned as the first-ever “Ultimate Campus Cutie,” winning the grand finals held at the Studio 6, GMA Annex, on June 21, 2025.
The 19-year-old volleyball star from University of Sto. Tomas (UST), whose real name is Ahmad Hussein Ramos, emerged as the winner among 19 other finalists, impressing both judges and the audience with his confidence, charisma, and his princely, exotic looks.
The “Campus Cutie” search set out to find the most handsome and charming male student from schools across the Philippines to earn the title of Ultimate Campus Cutie.
On the finale stage, the Top 20 finalists showcased their talents—after undergoing intensive training and mentorship—in a live sing-and-dance performance set to “Dilaw x We Will Rock You.”
The boys were eventually narrowed down to 10 contenders, each of whom participated in a live Q&A round, where they shared their personal stories and explained why they deserved to win the title.
Ramos delivered a moving message about his dreams and pride as a Muslim, saying, “Gusto kong i-represent ang Muslim community. Kayang-kaya nating makipagsabayan sa ganitong industry. Kasi, konti lang naman ang sumusubok sa ganito. So ako na, ako na ang nag-step-up to represent the Muslim community.”
“Sana, maging proud kayo sa akin. Ipagpapatuloy ko ‘to para sa inyong lahat,” he added.
Mad’s win comes an exclusive management contract with GMA’s Sparkle, paving the way for his development as the next Kapuso leading man.
