Will Gladys Reyes manifest a remake of a “Mara Clara” scene?
The veteran actress is well-known for her iconic roles as the antagonist in classic Pinoy teleseryes and movies.
Highly regarded for her talent in acting in dramatic scenes, many celebrities look up to Reyes and desire to experience working with her, more so at the expense of being slapped by her.
During the media conference of her latest film, “Unspoken Letters”, Gladys was asked how it feels to be honored by other artists.
“Super flattered. Saka nakakatuwa po na nakatawid ako sa mga batang henerasyon ngayon, na kilala pa rin nila ako,” she said.
The actress was also asked if she had someone in mind that she wanted to slap in a scene, and mentioned Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo.
“Parang ang sarap-sarap apihin ni Kathryn Bernardo because nakita mo ‘yung aura niya, para ring nakikita ko si Judy Ann (Santos) na ‘pag kawawa, kawawa talaga,” she explained.
Gladys also praised Kathryn’s acting skill, “Hanga rin ako sa batang ‘yun kung paano humugot ng emosyon.”
Kathyrn recently made headlines after confirming her split with longtime boyfriend Daniel Padilla.
