Celebrity mom Jackie Forster marked her daughter Caleigh Simone’s fifth year of being cancer-free.
In an Instagram post on Friday, February 5, she shared a photo dedicated to her only girl’s milestone.
“When you feel like giving up remember – we serve a living God!
“@caleighsimone has been 7 years in remission and can now be declared 5 years cancer-free,” Jackie wrote.
The mom of five shared that her daughter was battling leukemia back in 2014. Their family was based in Malaysia when they first started noticing her symptoms like bruises and blood clots.
Caleigh had her chemotherapy sessions done in Malaysia as well.
Back in September, their family along with Caleigh’s half-brothers Kobe and Andre Paras celebrated her 10th birthday with an intimate blowout.
Her kuya Andre even jokingly warned her future suitors that he will be a protective big brother when the time comes.
