#WeSwimAsOne is trending and here’s why

“Bagyo ka lang, empleyado kami.”

We all know it’s the SEA Games period, but the hashtag #WeSwimAsOne isn’t just solely related to the biennial sports event but also to #TisoyPH that has hit the country.

And because Filipinos are “matataba ang utak”, some college students and employees had a play at the biennial sports event’s official slogan #WeWinAsOne.

The hashtag #WeSwimAsOne trended on Twitter Tuesday morning because of some silly, witty tweets coming from college students and employees who voiced out their feelings about the suspension of work and classes due to Typhoon Tisoy.

Worriless Pinoys see the silver lining in everything, and just sprinkled humor to the reality.
