Vice Ganda treats viral ‘face paint’ kid Lian to ‘walang bayad’ bonding

Kapamilya star Vice Ganda shared precious moments with Lian, the child who went viral from a video of him patiently waiting for his turn for a free face-painting session.

The Unkabogable Star previously expressed his wish to meet Lian after encountering the child’s video online.

In his latest YouTube vlog titled, “Walang Bayad Na Bonding with Viral Kid, Lian, Vice finally got to meet Lian as he accompanied him, together with his family and It’s Showtime’s “Batang Cute-Po” kids, into a children’s amusement center for a day of fun and laughter.

Lian, whose video showing him delightedly getting a free face-painting session after expecting it to be paid stirred emotions across social media, opened up about his touching experience at the birthday party in a candid conversation with Vice.

“Ang daming naantig dun sa video niyo na yun, isa na ako dun. Nung nakita ko talaga yung video, naiyak ako. […] Parang nakakalungkot, ‘di ba? Parang naramdaman namin siya. Bakit ka ba pumila dun?”, the comedian asked.

“Kasi po madami pong pine-paint,” replied Lian, adding that he wanted to have his favorite superhero, Spider-man, painted on his face.

“Nilagay naman nila sa mukha mo ‘yung Spider-Man. Masaya ka talaga?” the host inquired further to which the child affirmed.

“Ano yung tinanong mo dun sa nung nakapila ka? Anong tinanong mo?”

“’May bayad po?'” Lian recalled.

When asked why he inquired if the session was free or paid, Lian sincerely answered, “Kasi po wala po kaming pong dalang pera po.”

Despite their financial constraints, the joy on Lian’s face was evident in the viral video upon receiving the free face painting.

“Masaya ka kasi mae-experience mo yung face paint. Pa’no kung sinabi sa ‘yong may bayad ‘yun? Anong sasabihin mo?”, Vice Ganda inquired further.

The exchange between Vice and Lian not only touched hearts but also shed light on the everyday struggles faced by countless families.

Vice expressed his happiness over spreading “good vibes” among netizens with his bonding with Lian and his family.

“Ang daming na-GV sa vlog na twoah!! Lian deserves all the LOVE ❤️🥺 Let’s watch dis!,” the star comedian wrote in his Facebook post.
