K-pop star Hyolyn features Siquijor, Bohol and more in new MV

The wait is over!

Hyolyn of K-pop girl group SISTAR just released her comeback music video showcasing Siquijor, Bohol, and Pinoy culture in her latest single, “Wait.”

The video unfolds with the South Korean idol basking in the summery vibe on a raft with the cascading waters surrounded by lush forest as her background.

Netizens recognized the scenic view as Cambugahay Falls, a tourist attraction in Siquijor Island.

Throughout the nearly three-minute video, Hyolyn was also seen going to a sari-sari store, enjoying a popular local beer. Jeepneys, tricycles, and “duyan” (hammock) were also spotted in the video.

The video also featured the tourist spots in Bohol such as the South Farm, Tiger Muay Thai, and Pangalao which were credited at the end of the video.

A “special thanks” was also dedicated to the island communities “for their full support,” at the video’s ending credits.
