Following the replay of Tahanang Pinakamasaya’s final episode aired on Thursday (March 7),

the noontime program formerly titled Eat Bulaga officially released a statement on the closure of the noontime variety program less than a year after it first aired on live television.

“It is with a heavy heart that we inform our televiewers that our noontime show “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” on Kapuso network, GMA 7, will no longer be on air effective March 8, 2024,” announced TAPE, Inc..

The production company also extended its “profound gratitude to its home network, GMA 7, for a long and fruitful partnership”.

It also expressed its gratitude to the people who have been with them since Eat Bulaga until its transition to Tahanang Pinakamasya.

“To the loyal viewers, esteemed hosts, supportive advertisers, hardworking crew and dedicated employees who have been with us from the very beginning – from the longest running noontime show “Eat Bulaga” to the present “Tahanang Pinakamasaya” – our sincerest “Thank you!” and optimistic “See you again!”.

“Maraming salamat. God bless!”

The noontime show initially aired as Eat Bulaga with a new set of hosts in June 2023, but was renamed to Tahanang Pinakamasaya last January 2024 after losing the title trademark battle against original Eat Bulaga hosts Tito, Vic, and Joey.

The noontime show’s hosts such as Mavy Legaspi, Chariz Solomon, earlier took to their social media accounts to bid farewell to their fans and supporters.
