Sexy star Ava Mendez has spoken up amid speculations linking her to Kapuso actor Jak Roberto.
Ava spoke up about the issue in an interview with content creator Madam LQ, clarifying the circulating photos and videos of her and Jak being spotted together were from a birthday party of a common friend at a five-star hotel.
As the only celebrities at the event, Ava said she and Jak granted photos with the guests which were altered to look like they were alone together.
Ava then cleared up allegations that Jak got intimate with her when they had drinks at the said party, saying fans who saw them at the hotel were the ones who put malice on Jak’s supposed drunk behavior.
‘Yung mga nakakita kasi bibigyan na ng parang malisya pero pag talagang kilala mo ‘yung parang normal lang, makulit lang, kasi nakainom eh so naiintindihan ko ‘yun,” Ava said in the video.
Ava claimed Jak got “touchy and aggressive” when they had more drinks but told her siblings and driver who were with them to look after the actor.
“Ano eh nagiging touchy na siya… Nung tumagal na, dun na siya parang naging agressive.
“Papunta kami ng elevator, pumunta kami sa room namin may mga ibang fan din na nakakita na may ginagawa si Jak sa akin, ‘yung parang hug lang ng kaibigan like behind, kasi lasing talaga siya. Bangag talaga siya,” shared Ava.
She added, “May nakakitang fan na binigyan kami ng malisya. Nahihilo [si Jak]. Akala inaamoy o hinahalikan ako. Wala namang ganung scenario na nangyari. Lasing yung tao eh.
The actress said she and Jak are less than friends but she’s “all good” with him.
“Du’n na siya nagiging touchy touchy. Sinabi ko sa mga kapatid at driver ko na alalayan na lang si Jak kasi ‘pag lasing ako, ayoko ng lalapit-lapit sa akin kasi naaalibadbaran ako. Ayoko talaga. Kailangan wala akong maramdaman na may dumampi sa skin ko talaga.”

Ava also strongly dismissed claims that she and Jak spent time in the same room together.
The sexy actress then stressed she would not be one to date someone who’s in a relationship.
“Hindi…tsaka hindi ko gusto si Jak eh. ‘Yun lang yun,” said Ava, even without the mention of Jak in Madam LQ’s question.
“Tropa lang,” Ava said of Jak who’s in a longtime relationship with Kapuso star Barbie Forteza.
Ava also advised the public to know the real story before believing what they see on social media.
