Cops relieved over alleged leak of Ronaldo Valdez video

The Philippine National Police dismissed two policemen for allegedly leaking the video of late actor Ronaldo Valedez

GMA News on Wednesday reported that the cops who were the first responder and the responder’s station commander, were relieved to probe on their liability.

PNP spokesperson Colonel Jean Fajardo said the two policemen could face administrative and criminal complaint following an investigation.

“This is a regrettable incident na hindi dapat kumalat sa social media,” Fajardo said, stressing that the said video should only be strictly used for documentation purposes.

Fajardo added that the QCPD and PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group are on the lookout for those who shared the video online.

The QCPD is still conducting a thorough investigation on the death of the actor who passed away last Sunday, December 17.
