Kapuso actress-host Pokwang expressed her grievances about being a single mother while also being blamed for her “failed relationship” with the father of her child.
In her latest Instagram reel, the comedienne posted a video of her daughter, Malia O’ Brian who appeared to be on her way to school.
Malia is her child with her American ex-partner Lee O’ Brian.
“Ang hirap ng single mom! ako lahat! pati gastos ako lahat! tapos nag failed and relasyon namin akonparin lahat masisisi? bitter ka! move on kana! maging ina ka muna bago mo I invalidate and nararamdaman ko!,” read the caption placed over the clip.
Pokwang reiterated her words in the caption of her post, pointing out that those who leave negative comments about her and her past relationship wouldn’t understand what it means to be a mother.
[M]aging nanay ka muna bago mo i invalidate ang nararamdaman ng isang kagaya ko wag kang makasawsaw lang! [H]indi mo alam ang iyak ko sa gabi kap[a]g nagiisa nalang ako, hindi mo naririnig mga dasal ko dahil hindi ka Dios,” she wrote.
Pokwang recently made headlines after getting into an altercation with Lee after the former filed multiple complaints against the latter who then responded with a counter-affifdavit.
Pokwang met Lee in 2014 as co-stars in the dramedy film Edsa Woodworth. The two ended their relationship several months before Pokwang confirmed her split with Lee in July 2022.
Pokwang has since then repeatedly taken swipes at Lee for his lack of parental and financial support for their daughter.
