Vilma Santos had the cutest reaction when she finally met her son Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola’s baby girl for the first time.
On an Instagram post, the newbie grandmother shared the heart-warming clip from her daughter-in-law’s recently uploaded vlog.
“Momsie will always be here for you, Baby Rosie (our Peanut),” she wrote in the caption.
In the clip, an ecstatic Vilma couldn’t contain her happiness, especially when she asked if she could carry the newborn in her arms.
“Nanggigigil si mommy,” Luis said in the background while filming the touching moment.
The veteran actress’ social media post came just days after she penned an appreciation post for her first grandkid.
“Momsie Vi loves you so much. Proud of you!!! Soooo adorable. God bless you always my baby Peanut. I love you,” she said.
In a previous interview with The Philippine Star, she described her first meeting with her first apo as “heaven.”
She added that she’s very happy that her granddaughter Peanut’s full name is Isabella Rose Tawile Manzano.
“Take note, may Rose… I am Rosa Vilma Santos Recto… oh di ba? Hahahahaha!!!” she gushed to The Philippine Star.
