A video of screen veteran Dina Bonnevie celebrating her special day is going viral as she implied how waiters should be treated.
On TikTok, celebrity makeup artist Astrud Gil Lontoc shared a video of Dina blowing out the candles on the birthday cake held by a waiter by her side.
“Hindi kita papahiran ng cake. Magpapasalamat ako sa’yo,” Dina told the waiter after making the “no” gesture with her index finger.
“Ganun dapat!,” a guest was heard saying in the video.
The actress was given another cake to blow, this time leaving the reminder: “Cakes are to be eaten, and not to be pasted on other people’s faces,” said Dina, seemingly alluding to Alex Gonzaga’s cake-smearing issue.
The actress-vlogger recently received scrutiny on social media after she smeared cake icing on a waiter’s forehead.
She has since apologized over the matter, saying it has taught her a “hard and important” lesson.
