McCoy De Leon aired his apologies as he confirmed that he and partner Elisse Joson are no longer together.
The actor and former Hashtags member, in a series of Instagram stories on Wednesday, addressed rumors that a third party caused their breakup.
He also refuted circulating screenshots of his alleged conversation with a TikTok influencer online.
“Sorry po pasensya na po sa inyong lahat.
“Hindi po totoo ‘yung mga convo na kumakalat, hindi po ako ‘yun. Pasensya na po ulit,” wrote McCoy in the now-deleted Instagram stories.
“Wala po involve[d] na ibang tao [sa] pinakarason kung bakit kami naghiwalay. Sana po maniwala po kayo,” he added.
McCoy, however, did not go into detail about what led to their breakup that made him give up on their relationship.
“Hindi ko po intensyon manakit ng tao o manloko. Sadyang dumating lang po sa point na sobrang bigat lang ng problema kaya po ako sumuko,” he stated.
Earlier that day, McCoy penned a lengthy letter to Feliize, his one-year-old daughter with Elisse, indicating that he has been away from his child.
“Sana maintindihan niyo po ako. Ginagawa ko lang po to dahil mapakita ko lang sa anak ko na naipagtanggol kahit papaano sarili ko.
“Uulitin ko po humihingi pa rin po ako ng pasensya sa inyo lahat.
McCoy and Elisse met as housemates in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother 2016.
The two had an on and off relationship after breaking up in 2018 and rekindling their romance in 2020.
It was in October 2021 when they revealed being parents to their daughter Felize.
