Rachel Peters shows fitness progress 8 months post-partum  

Rachel Peters couldn’t help but share how happy she is now that she’s feeling like herself again 8 months after giving birth to her baby girl.  

The pageant queen made sure to mention that her fitness progress post is not about “bouncing back” after pregnancy but rather to credit her coach for the work they have done.  

“Photos are 2 vs 8 months post-partum and I’m pretty freakin’ proud of myself but beyond the physical changes, working with coach Pat has done so much more for my mental health, so if you’ve been thinking about looking for a coach to guide you on your fitness journey – this is your sign,” she wrote.  

On the Instagram post she shared, Rachel pointed out her main goal for working out was to be at her healthiest and strongest version for her daughter.  

She explained: “I workout not with the goal of going back to my pre pregnancy weight or measurements  but to be the healthiest, strongest (necessary cuz Kaia is getting heavy!!!) version of myself for my daughter. It’s really all about consistency and having a coach plus a schedule to hold you accountable has been the key for me.” 

It was in October of last year when the Miss Universe Philippines 2017 welcomed her first child with her husband Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte.
