Heart Evangelista opened up about how traumatizing her miscarriage was after she received comments from netizens who said she needed a baby in her life.
After posting a throwback photo of herself in Paris, France, a netizen’s unsolicited advice caught Heart’s attention.
“You need a baby in your life,” the netizen replied to her post.
Heart then affirmed that she only needs God in her life, the rest is a “bonus.”
Another netizen sarcastically commented on her response saying she badly needed a bonus.
Heart still kept her cool, saying she’s too blessed and too shy to ask more from God.
“Whatever it is dear thank you for concern but this bitter sweet comment of yours is inappropriate,” she told the commenter.
In a reply to another follower who sympathized with her because of how difficult it was to try for another baby after a miscarriage, the 35-year-old opened up on how traumatizing the experience was for her.
“I carried my twins 4 months after because my doctor wanted me to naturally go through the process. It was the most horrible feeling thinking maybe God can bring them back to me… or me thinking am I not a good person for this to happen,” she wrote.
Heart then revealed that while she has been trying for another baby, her not having a baby as of the moment is God’s choice.
“Baby or not I am very happy with my life. I have a loving family, a HOME. A solid relationship with God. Contentment is what I have and that my dear is hard to achieve,” she ended.
Heart disclosed in 2018 that she lost her twins due to a miscarriage.
