Morissette Amon reveals she and fiancé Dave Lamar caught COVID-19

Morissette Amon recently revealed that she spent the past week confined in the hospital due to COVID-19.

Both she and her fiancé Dave Lamar tested positive for COVID-19 with mild flu-like symptoms.

The singer shared that she also suffered diverticulitis, an infection or inflammation of pouches that formed in the intestines.

“I had to take several IV medications which unfortunately triggered my super bad headaches then led to vomiting… I couldn’t even eat ‘cause I’d just throw it all up. This weekend, I was finally discharged with lots of meds to take with and take note but grateful that I’m allowed to continue my quarantine and healing at home,” she wrote.

Thankfully, Morissette had her soon-to-be husband by her side in the hospital. “Thank God for DJ who was discharged earlier but stayed in the hospital room with me to keep me company,” she said.

On the snaps she shared on Instagram, the 25-year-old shared the moments from her and Dave’s confinement in the hospital and her positive antigen test.

Under the comments section, her friends in showbiz assured her that they would include her in the their prayers.
